    200. Työuupumus: tunnistaminen ja ehkäisy. Vieraana Anne Mäkikangas.

    Työuupumus on pitkittyneen työstressin seurauksena kehittyvä häiriötila, jossa palautuminen ei enää onnistu ja voimavarat ehtyvät. Vaikka työuupumuksesta puhutaan nykyään paljon, emme silti kykene ehkäisemään sitä riittävän tehokkaasti. Työuupumuksen keskeisiä oireita ovat krooninen väsymys, kyynistyminen, ammatillisen itsetunnon heikkeneminen sekä erilaiset kognitiiviset ja tunnesäätelyn vaikeudet. Työuupumuksen ehkäisy vaatii toimia niin yksilöltä, esihenkilöiltä kuin koko organisaatiolta. Psykologi Nina Lyytisen asiantuntijavieraana on psykologian tohtori ja työpsykologian dosentti Anne Mäkikangas. Anne toimii professorina ja Työelämän tutkimuskeskuksen johtajana Tampereen yliopistossa. Hänen keskeisiä tutkimusalueitaan ovat työhyvinvointi ja työuupumus. Suomen Psykologiliitto valitsi Anne Mäkikankaan vuoden psykologiksi 2025. Nina ja Anne keskustelevat työuupumuksesta ja siitä, miten voimme yhdessä rakentaa hyvinvointia tukevaa työelämää.
