If you've run a marathon, you'll know the final 385 yards once you pass the 26 mile marker is just the tiny tip of a massive iceberg which includes months of sacrifice, commitment and dedication.
Join us as three experienced marathon runners share their weekly ups and downs through training blocks, with each series covering the build up to spring and autumn marathons.
We started with Chris and Andrew's block to Valencia in December 2023. Next up is the build to London marathon in April 2024
