Catt + Greg: An Honest Relationship Review

Catt + Greg: An Honest Relationship Review

When was the last time you sat down with your partner and honestly talked about the state of your relationship? How good is the communication? How satisfied are you sexually? Are you pleased with how you both handle your disagreements?

Now that Catt and Greg are officially moved in at their new ranch, they’re having an impromptu relationship review while we all listen – live! During this episode they’ll score how they’re doing with conflict resolution, communication, intimacy, and blending their two families – remember they have six kids between them.

As we all know, relationships take work. Come along during this vulnerable and super real discussion while you schedule your own “relationship review” with your own partner. Our host and her love learned a thing or two during this convo and we think it’ll inspire you to tackle some of your own areas for improvement with your other half.

And make sure to listen to the whole ep! Things get especially juicy towards the end ;)

How I Feel About My Facelift One Year Later

How I Feel About My Facelift One Year Later

At 48-years-old, Catt was looking in the mirror and frustrated by her changing face. She looked tired and sad and quite different than how she felt on the inside. So she did something about it. In her quest to continue the many conversations related to mid-life and aging, she documented her experience. After a huge swell of public interest, she has been discussing the surgery itself, and the healing process that has followed.

Today we get an update one year later. What would she do differently? Does she have any regrets? How is the scarring? Oh – and she also address the haters. The judgement. The criticism she received for her decision to go under the knife and tell the truth about it (unlike the many public figures who claim they’re getting more sleep or had an extended vacation LBH).

If you were curious about a facelift, or neck lift, or blepharoplasty – press play on another raw and vulnerable offering from our host. And a reminder, you can go back and listen to her earlier episodes documenting the journey in real time, namely with her doctor Steve Kim from SK Plastic Surgery.

Dating at 50: The Apps, The Sex, The Freedom

Dating at 50: The Apps, The Sex, The Freedom

On today’s show Catt and one of her dear friends dig into a very real and open discussion about divorce, dating, and sex at midlife. It is all too common when women in their forties and fifties post-divorce wake up and think, “Who am I?” “How do I find love again?” “How am I intimate with someone after all these years?” “What do I want to do with my life now that my kids are grown?” “How do I discover my new purpose as this version of myself?”

Quite courageously, Trudy Montoya comes on the show to share her personal story of building a family for decades only for it to come crashing down when she was only a shell of former herself. After finally choosing to walk away from her marriage, and ultimately choose her own happiness, she reveals what it is like out in the dating world at 52-years-young, how the apps are flat-out wild, how most men are non-committal, and how navigating this new lease on life has its challenges but certainly tons of rewards as well. How relatable!

Of course, Catt shares her own stories over the years and reflects on the many things she has learned about herself through some of her relationships and why knowing what it is you truly want is vital to finding the partner you deserve!
