F1 2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Race Review
The Street circuit of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia plays host to the second round of the Formula One World Championship. It was another master class display from Red Bull and Max Verstappen, as he claims his 2nd win of this season, and his 9th in a row stretching back to 2023. Customer Reviews
FIA called it correctly for once.
I always enjoy your podcast. But around minute 41 of your Japanese review you completely lose it. You even admit that the FIA got it bang on the money in showing me correct points in the race. All the journalists called it wrong to the fans and should be embarrassed!
They would get a better rating if……
They didn’t rely on politically based adverts
The presenter needs to learn to present
Autosport is renowned and well known for its top journalists, and I have always enjoyed reading and listening to their opinions, right the way back to the 70s and Nigel Roebuck. I don’t mind them having strong opinions, which seems to upset some reviewers - that’s what I download and listen for.
However, the presenter, Martyn Lee, needs to learn to do exactly that - present. A presenter should be good at getting information out of his guests, but Lee constantly pushes his own opinions - yes, we know you don’t like sprint weekends, but you don’t need to mention it every single week!!
It’s beginning to spoil this podcast in my opinion. Learn to present properly and my rating will soar back to 5 stars.
