A wonderfully comprehensive series of podcasts. Well produced, well written and thought out. A must listen for anyone with even a passing interest in how Bread is made.

Loads of great information in there but let down due to poor editing. It really felt all over the place at times,
For example it takes about 18 minutes for the first episode to get going. There are too many different voices with not enough context or a clear anchor present to tie it all together. There is also way too much repetitive annoying music repeated between each segment, which is mixed too loud.
