Thanks for your recent sharing, I feel I’m at the beginning (well a year in) of my healing and spiritual path and I resonate with so much of what you talk about, sending you love and light and thanks for the collective breath. I am also wanting to save for a van to go round the Uk and Europe in the next couple of years so maybe see you on the road at some point!

i literally have no words to describe how deeply this podcast touches me. not sure how ben does it, but it bloody works and i am a better human because of it. i watched ben on youtube for years before he started on his spiritual journey and i started mine exactly the same time as him. even though i’m a 23 year old gal he feels like a brother from another mother that i never had, so thank you ben what a crazy journey life is x
