Great podcast

Love listening to these podcasts. After reading Period Power, it has given me so much useful information after coming off the pill which I took for about 10 years. Now I’m learning so much about myself and my cycles and learning to appreciate my body more.

Brilliant!

I have read Maisie’s book Period Power so many times and absolutely love it, but it’s so great to have this brilliant podcast to listen to alongside it! It reminds me of all the important advice in the book every week with lots of extras as well! Maisie makes the subjects in each episode so relatable, it feels like she’s talking just to me!! I highly recommend this podcast for everyone out there who wants to know more about their cycle with honest, comforting and inclusive information for everyone.

Refreshing way of looking at life

Having read Period Power I’m on board with how it’s so helpful to adapt our lives and attitudes according to our cycle but this podcasts delves into other life subjects with a new perspective for me. Good length too.
Sometimes the way of speaking sounds a bit pessimistic but the message isn’t!
