What is your inner critic telling you?

If you were to answer this question, you'd likely reflect on the harsh words that your critical inner voice says, but in this episode, I share 'the 7 types of inner critic' as theorised by Psychologist Jay Earley and Psychotherapist Bonnie Weiss, who are within the Internal Family Systems experts (you can find out more about IFS here) to give you some further understanding on the things that hold you back in your inner world. I will explore this and more in my FREE online workshop 'how to do YOU' here which will go further than this podcast, and give you some tools to help you build a better relationship with your inner parts. I alluded to perfectionism and OCD- you can find out more here. If you want to connect with 'you' (or me) on a deeper level, you can click here to be part the weekly 'Self Love' email community, which includes a 'check in' opportunity and reflections prompts for you to follow.
