CHRONIC STRESS PODCAST

Nick. Thank you so much for sending this podcast when you did. Things are stressful at the moment. I was having so much pain in my back, hip and leg that it was making me feel physically sick. These are my weak points and stress always goes there. I couldn't get up off my chair without supporting myself on nearby furniture in an attempt to reduce the pain.
After just a few rounds of tapping I could easily get to my feet and move around comfortably. The pain hasn't gone completely but it has gone from a 10 to a 3. I will continue to tap.
