Made me love Weightlifting

I got into Olympic Weightlifting through CrossFit but I truly fell in love with weightlifting when I found this podcast when Seb was doing the Sinclair Countdown and learning the history made weightlifting the sport that can’t live without and there is plenty of uploads to listen to fill my needs.

Brilliant, Evidence Based and Technical Podcast

Over the years I’ve listened to a few weightlifting podcasts, this one by far surpasses past attempts.

The difference is the level of detail the guys get into with experts that have contributed to making this sport great. It’s so useful to see the different perspectives.

I enjoy putting on Seb’s deep rumbling monotone just before bed, and drifting off to sleep, works every time!

This podcast delivers on multiple levels !
