A Must Have Resource

I've been listening to Kim's podcast for a long while now and I love it. She is a font of knowledge on all things anxiety related and is very relaxing to listen to. She often does interviews with guest experts which are an interesting listen. I particularly like the interviews with guests who have their own experiences of anxiety disorders as I find it helpful to hear how they've managed it in their lives. If you live with anxiety or are close to someone who does, definitely give this a listen.
