Ces élections, c'est souvent difficile à suivre : il y a beaucoup de villes, beaucoup de partis, beaucoup de stratégies d'alliances entre les deux tours. Et en plus, les médias ont tendance à s'en servir pour parler surtout des présidentielles de 2027. Alors aujourd'hui, Hugo et Ingrid font le point plus calmement. Dans une première partie, ils vous expliquent les bases : comment fonctionnent les élections municipales, qui peut voter, comment les maires sont élus. Ensuite, ils analysent les grandes dynamiques politiques de ce scrutin : la résistance des partis traditionnels, la montée de la France insoumise, la consolidation du Rassemblement national.
