Кризис в IT, сокращения и AI: что происходит с программистами и кто останется востребованным

Теперь даже сеньоры месяцами ищут работу, соглашаются на зарплаты в несколько раз ниже прежних и готовы идти в компании, которые ещё недавно обходили стороной. При этом вакансии всё чаще не публикуются, резюме перестали вызывать доверие, а ИИ изменил правила игры и для кандидатов, и для рекрутеров. Сегодня у меня гостях — Анна Афонина, HR-эксперт и матчмейкер, которая помогает находить не только сотрудников, но и партнёров, инвесторов и подходящие друг другу команды. Мы поговорили о том, как изменился рынок IT-найма, почему работодатели получили преимущество и что произошло с карьерами разработчиков, которые ещё недавно могли выбирать между несколькими оферами. Обсудили, почему вакансий стало меньше, а поиск работы растянулся на месяцы, как изменились зарплаты мидлов и сеньоров и почему удалёнка из привычного условия превратилась в серьёзное конкурентное преимущество. Разобрали скрытый рынок вакансий, компании-доноры, рефералки и пассивный поиск, а также то, почему хорошего резюме уже оказалось недостаточно, чтобы добраться до собеседования. Отдельно поговорили о том, как ИИ изменил найм с обеих сторон: кандидаты начали массово генерировать резюме и откликаться на вакансии, рекрутеры — автоматизировать фильтрацию, а компании столкнулись с фейковым опытом, дипфейками и подменой кандидатов на собеседованиях.
