Episode 305 In this podcast, New York Times best-selling author and astrologer Chani Nicholas discusses the astrology of the week and what it might mean for us all. The astrology of the week of October 19th, 2026, is all about rebirth and renewal. Venus (the planet of love) continues its retrograde journey through Scorpio, where it squares Pluto (the planet of the underworld), uncovering our deepest relationship wounds and trust issues. As the Sun enters Scorpio, it meets up with Venus in a restorative cazimi, and we’re invited to plant seeds for the connection, intimacy, and justice we want to grow into with this next Venus cycle. When Mercury (the planet of communication) stations retrograde in Scorpio, it helps us review the lessons that Venus’ retrograde has taught us so far and sort through any details we still need to address. Plus, there’s a Full Moon in Taurus that illuminates the growth that’s gotten us to this point and reminds us to nourish ourselves for all that’s still to come. This is a time to pour your love, care, and attention into the hurts you wish to heal — and treat yourself and others with the kind of care you want to manifest in your life.
