Hey Haute Mama

Jenn

Hey Haute Mama the podcast was conceived during my son Beck's first year of life when I started realizing there is a whole lot more to motherhood than meets the eye. Motherhood changed me. I had evolved and yet I didn't want to lose the essence of who I was in the role of a mother. Opinions on parenthood and raising children abound, making it even more difficult to decipher what rings true to you and what you'd like to implement in your own household when raising your kids. We discuss it all: the good, the bad and the ugly.

Hey Haute Mama Season 2 Episode 6 — Haute Coffee & Gratitude: How to Reset, Manifest & Find the Good ☕️

What if the secret to creating a life you love starts with appreciating the one you already have? 🤍 This week, we’re doing something a little different! Join Jenn for a special LIVE recording of Hey Haute Mama at Open Space Studio, where she’s sharing the gratitude journaling practice that has helped her shift her perspective, manifest opportunities, and find the good even during some of life’s hardest moments. We’re talking about the power of resetting quickly, why gratitude doesn’t mean you stop wanting more, and how putting pen to paper can help you get clear on what you actually want in life. Plus, Jenn welcomes special guest Katie Rose, author of Good Morning Covington, to talk about teaching children to approach each day with a positive mindset, the importance of giving back, and how proceeds from her book support Hope House. Whether you’re looking for a little perspective shift or a fresh start to your morning, this episode is your reminder that you don’t have to wait for everything to be perfect to start enjoying your life. ☕️🤍 SHOP THE GIGI NEW YORK × HEY HAUTE MAMA GRATITUDE JOURNALS: A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO OUR EVENT PARTNERS: 🤍 Gigi New York — Our custom leather gratitude journals: https://on.ltk.com/+IV3oCXDt75vko9vtV2iDJA Instagram: @giginewyork  ☕️ Evolve Coffee & Matcha — Coffee and matcha Instagram: @evolvecoffeenola  🥐 Bertie’s— Delicious cinnamon rolls Instagram: @bertiesbakeshop 🎙️ Open Space Studio — Our beautiful live podcast venue Instagram: @OpenSpaceStudio FOLLOW ALONG: Jenn: @hauteofftherack Hey Haute Mama Podcast: @heyhautemamapodcast Katie Rose: @katierose.mcconnell  Good Morning Covington: https://www.goodmorningstory.org/?utm_content=link_in_bio&utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social

We took Hey Haute Mama out of the studio and in front of a LIVE audience for the first time—and yes, margaritas were necessary. 😂 We’re talking mother-daughter fights, attempting to work through our issues with an actual therapist on stage, testing out our new Haute Line, dancing in front of a room full of women, celebrating Jenn’s 36th birthday and finding out what happens when you give Liz a microphone with no editing button. Plus, plenty of Haute or Not Haute, giveaways, Haute Mama Margaritas and a few moments we probably should’ve kept off the record. Episode 9: The Pivot: Motherhood, Burnout & Becoming Who You’re Meant to Be (Live Audience)

This episode is a special one. Recorded live in front of a room of incredible women at our Rooted in Motherhood Retreat, today’s conversation is raw, honest, and deeply relatable—especially with Mother’s Day approaching. For the first time on the podcast, the roles are reversed. Instead of me asking the questions, I’m joined by my mom, Liz, and my co-host for the retreat, Logan from The School of Styling, as they sit down to interview me—diving into my journey of building a brand over the last 15 years, navigating motherhood, and learning how to pivot through different seasons of life. Because if there’s one thing motherhood teaches you… it’s how to adapt. 💛 In This Episode, We Talk About: What I thought my life and career would look like—and how it’s evolved How becoming a mom reshaped my identity, priorities, and perspective The reality of balancing motherhood, marriage, friendships, and a career What burnout has looked like for me (and how I’ve learned to recognize it) The pivots Logan and I have both had to make in business and life What we’ve had to let go of in order to grow Generational insight from my mom on how motherhood has changed over time What we may be overcomplicating as moms today Small but meaningful ways to take care of yourself in busy seasons 🎙️ A Live Conversation There’s something different about this episode. You’ll hear the energy, the laughter, and the connection that comes from recording in a room full of women who are all navigating similar seasons of life. It’s a reminder that we’re not meant to do this alone—and that sometimes just hearing someone else say “me too” can be everything. 🌸 A Mother’s Day Reflection With Mother’s Day right around the corner, this episode is a reminder that motherhood isn’t about having it all perfectly balanced. It’s about showing up. Even in the messy, overwhelming, uncertain moments—you’re still doing it. And that matters. 🧠 A Few Takeaways You’ll Carry With You: Motherhood is one long pivot—and that’s okay You don’t have to have everything figured out to be doing a great job Burnout doesn’t mean you’re failing—it means you’ve been carrying a lot Growth often requires letting go of who you thought you had to be 💫 Final Thought Motherhood doesn’t ask us to have it all figured out… it asks us to keep showing up. And sometimes, that is more than enough. If this episode resonated with you, share it with a friend or another mom who might need to hear it this week. And as always…  ✨ Keep showing up, keep finding the good, and keep being the Haute Mama you truly are.
