    Episode 461: Apple Business 2026

First they came for MCX, and nobody said anything… Then they came for DEP, which became Automated Device Enrollment (but definitely not ADE). MDM was next, we got messages telling us that we weren't allowed to call it DMS, it was device management systems - all lowercase and also not an acronym. Now the pedants among us (we see you and respect you) no longer have to feel awkward about referring to Apple School Manager and Apple Business Manager as AxM… What did the TLAs do to you Apple, what made you hate them SOOO much. In a likely nod to Elvis, Apple decided that it's time to TCB and ABM is now Apple Business. We wanted to talk about iOS security. There's been a lot of conversations lately about how our personal devices can sell us out, and how attackers can come after your mobile devices, both personal and corporate.
