Episode 467: "These are the Daves I know, I know, these are the Daves I know"
In Episode 467 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and David Roth talk about our five-day-a-week steakhouse order, Nicol Williamson and Tim Roth's filmography, and eventually the Mets. For more Mets-adjacent content, the third half of the show features Dave Capobianco of Amazin' Avenue to answer a lot of questions, but mostly to do some discourse on the Mets backup catcher.
-
Episode 466: "Bad Scene, Everyone's Fault"
In Episode 466 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey, Jarrett, and Rich Staff discuss another bullpen meltdown, a bunch of roster moves, and a trip to England before answering your questions about the trade deadline, Sheffield Wednesday, and organizational vibes.
-
Episode 465: "Welcome to the future, an always ice-cold nightmare"
In Episode 465 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett need another month off from the Mets, but instead turn the show over to the corresponders, there's a long draft digression, the return of Manifesto Dave, and also a Double or Nothing review that ends up just a Jarrett rant.
-
Episode 464: "It’s a cosmic cheque you never cashed, curse the universe for what you lack"
In Episode 464 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett get Angels-adjacent before delving into how we feel about the 2024 Mets and going over uh every organizational shift of the Steve Cohen era. Then we answer your correspondence on Jeremy Rodriguez, Jonah Tong, and much, much more.
-
Episode 463: "Hey there polar bear, it's quite a mess you've found"
In Episode 463 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett cover This Week in Christian Scott, This Week in Pete Alonso's free agency, and answer a lot of correspondence.
-
Episode 462: "Great Scott?"
In Episode 462 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey discuss Christian Scott's debut, the Luis Arraez trade, and the state of the Midseason 50 prospect class (with the usual digressions before during, and after), then answer your questions about other Mets pitching prospects and a hypothetical future Mets GM.
Customer Reviews
I love these reviews
All the one stars are from people crying about wokeness. If you’re too soft to listen to opinions like “maybe people should be paid a living wage” and “people should not be looked at as commodities”, maybe examine how your life became this way.
Been listening since AAA, love the content. Thanks for the long shows, they keep me occupied all week
Excellent podcast!
This is one of the two best Mets podcasts, and I’ve been listening since the start! It’s really good to hear honest, informed discussion, and it’s changed the way I think about and watch baseball.
Vocal frying and lispy accents are murder on the ears
Decent coverage, but the podcasters voices are beyond annoying.
