Missing is a true crime podcast that tells stories of missing people, homicides, and injustices. Maura was a 21 year old student in February of 2004 when she inexplicably drove three hours from her dorm in Amherst, Massachusetts to the White Mountains of New Hampshire and vanished. At around 7:30pm her vehicle was involved in a single car, non life threatening accident at a hairpin turn on dark & desolate Route 112. She has not been seen or heard from since. Now two filmmakers set out to find answers on this mystery by diving deep into Maura's life, the region in which she went missing, and the online world of citizen detectives. Season 1 is about the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum heist: In the early hours of March 18th, 1990, two thieves posing as police officers were admitted into the Gardner Museum in Boston. In 81 minutes they stole 13 pieces of artwork, among the paintings stripped from their frames were works by Vermeer, Degas, and Rembrandt. Season 2 tackles other angles of art crime. We chat w/ owners of an antique store who found a famous stolen painting, we discuss a stolen da Vinci with Turbo, and we dig into Gardner heist minutia. Season 3 is back to the Gardner!

Your regurgitation of every bad book and movie on the demonic is a joke. OMG you dislike the Warrens yet everything out of your mouth is verbatim from all of their work. There IS NOT an exorcist at every parish. Any priest can come by and bless your home. That is vastly different than calling in an exorcist. One cannot just splash themselves with holy water and a crucifix and be protected. I get tired of “experts” who make mockery of my Catholic faith.

I used to enjoy this show and I still do enjoy the new episodes but they very frequently post old episodes on both missing and crawlspace and don’t usually inform you if the episode is old so I find myself halfway through an episode realizing I already listened to this episode months ago. I get very annoyed that I wasted my time. I might stop listening to both shows because I don’t want to waste my time and feel a little like I’m being tricked into listening to an episode more than once maybe for the download numbers? I’m not sure but it is very frustrating. I don’t know why you would want your listeners to always be annoyed they listened to your show. I can’t be the only one frustrated by this and will no longer listen.
