Cracking The Code On Intermittent Fasting

Cracking The Code On Intermittent Fasting

There are a number of different reasons why intermittent fasting is a part of the Mastering Diabetes Method. First, it's a great way to reverse insulin resistance. Intermittent fasting has also been shown to have significant benefits when it comes to blood sugar management. People who fast intermittently throughout the day often experience better control over their glucose levels -- even on days when they're eating!
And finally, there are several other benefits to intermittent fasting, like reduced oxidative stress and improved immunity.

Cosmetics and Personal Care Products Are Today's WORST Offenders When It Comes To Toxins Even the Healthiest Eaters Are Still Consuming

Cosmetics and Personal Care Products Are Today's WORST Offenders When It Comes To Toxins Even the Healthiest Eaters Are Still Consuming

The Highly Toxic "Foods" Even the Healthiest Eaters are Still Consuming ... cosmetics / personal care products are the most prevalent little-known worst-offenders of toxins today. They're the most unregulated industry in the U.S., and have been since the FDA told them to self-regulate in 1938. In the European Union, 1300 chemicals are banned from cosmetics but not in the U.S. When you apply these products to your body, you are essentially eating many of the chemicals. Unlike foods you put in your mouth, though, there are no liver and other cleansing systems in place so they can go straight into the bloodstream. Using these products day after day, decade after decade is a problem. Because so many known endocrine disruptors, carcinogens, and chemicals linked to other diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and beyond are prevalent, there are smarter ways to feed your body far cleaner such "foods."

How to control Emotional eating with Dr Lim

Such a great talk with so many important ideas. I do have to say that I disagree with Dr. Lim on only one thing. For some of us, it does matter if we emotionally eat even one time. We can’t do it occasionally because it can really result in a falling off the wagon of sorts. The rest of his teachings were totally on par with supporting ultimate health.

Get Results

Managing diabetes finally makes sense and I get good results! My advice, listen to Mastering Diabetes and use a continuous glucose monitor system like Libre Lifestyle. High fat diets increase insulin resistance…. When you prove this to yourself it’s a game changer.
