Life Is Good as Gold(en) with Dorinda Medley

Dorinda Medley has made it nice, been put on pause, and now she's pressing play on a whole new chapter! The RHONY icon joins Scheana to talk about her return to reality TV on E!'s The Golden Life, addresses speculation that she joined the show following Jill Zarin's ousting, and explains why she's enjoying her freedom a little too much to settle down again (unless he's handy around the house).    Dorinda reflects on the many lives she lived before Bravo, from selling cashmere to Princess Diana to owning the manor her ancestors helped build. She also opens up about love, loss, motherhood, and why she wouldn't change a thing about her past—even the marriages that didn't last.    Plus, Dorinda reveals her surprising DJ origins, shares her philosophy on money (including why you should set some aside just to blow it), and explains why you shouldn't go into the new year with your Christmas decorations still up. With her new book, I Know a Thing or Two About a Thing or Two, on the way, she's also sharing some hard-earned wisdom about independence, reinvention, and knowing your worth. After all, reality TV may have made her a household name, but as Dorinda reminds us, she was already the cake—Bravo was just the frosting.   Follow us: @scheana @scheananigans Guest: @dorindamedley   Pre-order Dorinda's new book, I Know a Thing or Two About a Thing or Two, out November 17th: https://www.simonandschuster.com/books/I-Know-a-Thing-or-Two-About-a-Thing-or-Two/Dorinda-Medley/9781668222515 For the mention of my friends decorating company, be sure to check out: @holidaycreationsevents  Episode Sponsors: REEF — To get 15% off your first order go to reef.com/goodasgold, or use code GOODASGOLD at checkout. From Tribeca to Twins & Tiffs with RHONY's Jessel Taank

From putting Tribeca on the map to putting her foot in her mouth, RHONY star Jessel Taank has never been one to shy away from a little controversy! This week, the British-Indian fashionista joins Scheana to dish on the latest drama in the Big Apple, including her fallout with Erin, unexpected friendship with Sai, and whether she regrets suggesting a fellow Housewife's flooded Hamptons home was an insurance job. She also addresses getting off on the wrong foot with Carole/Carrie/Carolyn, reveals which castmate she'd trust to babysit her twins, and crowns the current queen of RHONY.   Beyond the Bravo drama, Jessel opens up about her upbringing in London, her impressive fashion career, and how embracing her Indian heritage inspired her latest business venture. Plus, how did a childhood diary seemingly predict her future in New York, her career in fashion, AND the birth of her twin boys? Jessel gets candid about her IVF journey, the boundaries of sharing personal struggles on reality television, and what it's really like being married to everyone's favorite food influencer, Pavit. From designer wardrobes to rent-stabilized apartments, Scheana puts Jessel through a round of RHONY superlatives that might just ruffle a few feathers. Turns out, Jessel isn't necessarily being a bitch — sometimes she's just being British!   Follow us: @scheana @scheananigans  Guest: @jesseltaank Episode Sponsors: REEF — To get 15% off your first order go to reef.com/goodasgold, or use code GOODASGOLD at checkout. Christy Carlson Romano: Confessions of a Teenage Disney Queen

What happens when a Disney darling trades her squeaky-clean image for a tell-all? Christy Carlson Romano joins Scheana to spill on her revealing new memoir, Once Upon a Trainwreck, and let's just say, Ren Stevens had a MUCH wilder life off camera!    From wild nights at Paris Hilton’s parties to navigating Hollywood’s notorious nightlife scene, Christy pulls back the curtain on the dark side of growing up in the spotlight. She dishes on her complicated history with Shia LaBeouf, the Hilary Duff rivalry, missed opportunities that could have changed the trajectory of her career, and why she's catching heat for naming names in her own life story.    Plus, the surprising story behind her famous stage name, how she nearly became a Real Housewife, and whether the PTA moms will look at her differently after reading the book. But behind the Hollywood gossip are some much darker chapters, as Christy opens up about toxic relationships, family wounds, and the terrifying shooting that nearly cost her life. She also reveals how her mother reacted to the memoir, why she's done protecting everyone else's feelings, and the lessons she hopes her daughters take away from her story. Turns out, playing the good girl on Disney Channel was one thing — surviving Hollywood and learning to stop playing that role in real life was another story entirely.   Follow us: @scheana @scheananigans  Co-Host: @thechristycarlsonromano   Purchase your very own copy of Christy’s new memoir ONCE UPON A TRAINWRECK at the below link: https://www.simonandschuster.com/books/Once-Upon-a-Trainwreck/Christy-Carlson-Romano/9781668082218 Episode Sponsors: Ladder — If you have an iPhone, head to ladder.fit/goodasgold and take a quick quiz to find your perfect Ladder plan. Reality Is Scarier Than Fiction

This week’s episode comes with scares of all varieties. Scheana and Kiki Monique recap their weekend bouncing between LA’s haunted attractions, where Kiki discovered she is extremely easy prey, and Scheana’s loyalty to Brock and Kiki lasted exactly until security got involved.   Things get more unsettling as they unpack the Cornell 7 case (or should we be calling it the Cornell 57?). The tragic death of a 13-year-old girl also sparks a conversation about Gen Alpha growing up with the world in their pockets 24/7, from the manosphere and social media to the fears of raising kids in this new reality, plus Summer’s recent stint refereeing her parents from the backseat.   And while AI can be helpful (heck, it helped draft this description), it can also cause quite a scare. Scheana details an AI-generated car crash that panicked her family group chat, while a fake image of a deadly viper sent Southern California on an actual snake hunt.   So why spend a weekend willingly asking to be terrified when there’s already so much to fear? Maybe because in a haunted maze, the fear is manufactured, the monsters aren’t real and, most importantly for Kiki, there’s an exit.   Follow us: @scheana @scheananigans  Co-Host: @thetalkofshame   Purchase your very own copy of the NYT Best-selling book/audiobook MY GOOD SIDE at www.mygoodsidebook.com! Scheana Spills on Unfollows, Juggling Boyfriends & Burner Accounts

Scheana is solo this week and opening up the mailbag for another AMA—because apparently, you guys really do want to know everything. Is she joining The Valley? Would she ever do a “House of Scheana”-style reality show? And when it comes to all the chatter from familiar faces in the VPR extended universe, which former friend does Scheana learn recently unfollowed her, and which former castmate does she admit she has muted on social media? She’s also answering questions about friendship fallouts, setting boundaries, and whether Kristen may have been right about a few people all along. At home, are she and Brock still doing their one-minute daily kiss from the white board, has the dynamic between Brock and her mom changed, and how is Summer adjusting to kindergarten—and already juggling two boyfriends? Plus, Scheana talks motherhood and OCD and weighs in on the rumors surrounding Channing Tatum’s alleged burner account, which naturally leads back to his alleged former roommate, Jax Taylor…or should we say Frank Dremon? Nothing is off the table…although that doesn’t necessarily mean every question is getting the answer you expect.   Follow us: @scheana @scheananigans    Purchase your very own copy of the NYT Best-selling book/audiobook MY GOOD SIDE at www.mygoodsidebook.com! Coach Seats & Couture Crimes w/ Chanel Ayan & Kiki Monique

Scheana is joined in the studio again this week by Kiki Monique, and she’s brought along the fabulous, funny & unfiltered Chanel Ayan! Chanel catches Scheana up on why her son may be flying coach indefinitely (& why Jesse from The Valley might be responsible for that), how only getting eight hours of sleep somehow qualifies as exhaustion in Chanel’s world, and what we should make of her dream that Scheana is pregnant with triplets.   Then, the ladies break down the good, the bad and the truly baffling looks from the Emmys—who served, who got done dirty and who needs to part ways with their stylist. Along the way, they get into nipple-cover emergencies, merkins, Kathy Hilton not realizing she was live on television while presenting an award, and Chanel’s unforgettable introduction to Carole Radziwill—which got off on the wrong foot…or rather, leg.   Things turn royal as Scheana, Kiki and Chanel unpack the latest surrounding Harry and Meghan, leaked parent-group messages and why Chanel would simply leave every school group chat. Finally, Scheana gives Chanel her flowers for using her platform to speak openly about surviving female genital mutilation, leading to a powerful conversation about shame, forgiveness and Chanel’s mission to help protect other girls from FGM.   From fashion crimes and school-group politics to a conversation that truly matters, these ladies hold nothing back.   Follow us: @scheana @scheananigans  Co-Hosts: @thetalkofshame @chanelayan   Purchase your very own copy of the NYT Best-selling book/audiobook MY GOOD SIDE at www.mygoodsidebook.com! From Burning Man to Burial Plans w/ Kiki Monique & Krystina Arielle

How many nights did Bethenny Frankel actually survive Burning Man? Scheana reunites with Kiki Monique and Krystina Arielle to investigate whether Bethenny embraced the playa, or simply got the content and got the hell out, before debating exactly how quickly the dust, porta-potties and lack of normal showers would send each of them packing. Then, the conversation takes a serious turn with the Lindsay Clancy mistrial, what three jurors are now saying about the lone holdout, and whether an 11–1 deadlock raises bigger questions about justice, accountability and reasonable doubt.   They also examine why Lindsay’s case became a national fixation while similar cases involving women of color received a fraction of the attention, as Krystina gets candid about racial bias and frightening disparities in healthcare her own family has experienced. And because there’s no graceful transition out of that conversation, the ladies pivot from murdered children to…murdered spouses. A murder-suicide involving a joint funeral has them reconsidering their own end-of-life plans: no shared funerals or adjoining burial plots with your murderer, make sure the family knows your wishes, and wait—does your will need to include your passwords now, too? Scheana also shares the updates she made to her will after finding out about her husband’s infidelity in 2023. Spoiler: they weren’t exactly in Brock’s favor. Finally, Krystina and her mom get their well-deserved flowers this week, and cancer earns the easiest Jax-Hole designation yet.   Follow us: @scheana @scheananigans  Co-Hosts: @thetalkofshame @krystinaarielle   Purchase your very own copy of the NYT Best-selling book/audiobook MY GOOD SIDE at www.mygoodsidebook.com! Scheana Shay Takes the Stand

This week, Scheana is doing something she usually avoids at all costs: reading the comments. With her manager Mark joining her, she opens up the Reddit vault to revisit some of the internet’s longest-running grievances against her—and decide which ones deserve accountability, context or a hard fact-check. From the Eddie Cibrian affair and Stassi’s sex tape to Shay’s addiction, that infamous engagement announcement at someone else’s engagement party, the Dayna medium debacle and whether she really tried to make Raquel and Schwartz happen, no allegation is safe. Scheana also reveals why her Brett music video disappeared from the internet and revisits the Rob era, including the fantasy football draft that ended their relationship.   Plus, she responds to accusations that Brock’s affair was fabricated for her book, reconsiders her infamous “g******g” comment and explains why she’s upgrading from feminism to full-blown matriarchy. Before diving into the Reddit reckoning, Scheana and Mark weigh in on the latest developments in the Lindsay Clancy trial, and Mark reveals his unexpected connection to Patrick Clancy’s new wife. And after spending an hour confronting some of her most questionable moments, Scheana ends with one indisputable fact: she’s lucky to be alive after a terrifying incident at a Chargers game last week.
