How amazing is Char?!?!?

As an auditory learner who binges podcasts on a regular basis, I am THRILLED to have the option of listening to a podcast for SLP PD. More importantly, the episodes I’ve listened to so far are wonderful - high quality, practical, easy to follow, etc. Char is a phenomenal host who asks insightful questions that are clearly based on real-world SLP experiences. I recently finished the episode that featured Rachel Arntson from “Talk It, Rock It.” It was phenomenal! Thank you!
Useful for teachers, not directly those who need it

I’m trying to find help for my own speech, unfortunately this resource is only designed for teachers/speech therapists, and doesn’t help someone directly who is trying to fix their own speech. And also, children aren’t the only ones who need their speech fixed, I hate that 90% of resources are only geared towards children when I’m struggling with relationships and success because I have a hard time with speech.
Wonderful!

I love this podcast. Very warm, encouraging and informative!
Please provide more extensive show notes!!

Although I enjoy many of the topics on this podcast, I am almost always frustrated by the fact that there are no links to written documentation regarding the resources/references etc. that are discussed. Since I usually listen to the podcast while I’m walking or driving, I’m not able to write down key information and I end up forgetting it which makes actually remembering and implementing what I learned very difficult. Especially since these podcasts are offered for continuing education, it would be more ethical to provide supporting materials so that we would be more likely to actually implement the information presented.
