Great plant based interviews

I listen primarily to the episodes about nutrition. It’s awesome to hear all of these interviews with fitness coaches, nutritionists, doctors and business owners. It allows me to be informed and educated right from home (I’m in the hot tub right now)!

Sadly misinformed and hurts the vegan community

I am always pleased when the vegan and vegan fitness community grows and promotes the amazing benefits of this lifestyle. But I was hugely disappointed to see an entire podcast dedicated to hating on the largest animal rights group, giving a one-sided opinion piece of PETA. It was misinformed, unscientific, and did nothing to promote an environment of vegans supporting other vegans. The reference that all vegans are turned off of PETA is ridiculous, considering PETA entities have more than 9 million members and supporters globally. I expected more!

So much goodness!

This podcast lives up to it's name... Karina always cuts through the nonsense to deliver actionable advice and motivational conversations! If you're a tried and true vegan or just dipping your toe into the waters of plant-based eating, it's a must listen. Super grateful for this resource!
