Fox 2 reports that police detained some teens who were violating curfew. Detroit police say a gun was fired during the commotion, but no one was hurt. Detroit in Black and White hosts Vanessa Moss, Allan Lengel, and Jim Nardone talk with viewers about the “City Takeover,” parents’ responsibility in dealing with their children, and places youngsters can hang out in town.
