I look forward every week to your podcast. You bring joy, sparkle and optimism to my week. In our current national climate of anger and tribalism, you offer a much needed and appreciated antidote. With you two, the glass is always much more than half filled and we need that.

Hi Margery and Elizabeth, I have listened to every podcast that you guys have put out and have found something that resonates with me in every one. I have been waiting for you to mention the situation that has been happening on the ground in MN with ICE and am sad that it hasn’t been addressed. I don’t live locally anymore and have appreciated your balanced and thoughtful take as high stakes events have happened during your podcast tenure. I’ve been waiting for Margery’s mother of a monk and Elizabeth’s real life parenting of littles and reporter takes on what’s happening. It feels like an active choice to not address it with your platform and that’s quite disappointing. We don’t always agree but your perspectives have always been nuanced and welcomed. I hope you’ll take the space to address it in an episode soon

Thank you. You two are truly genuine and honest. I often think about Margery’s insight on grief and how intentional their love was near Ian’s passing. I struggle with anticipatory grief as my husband battles cancer and I hold true to being intentional and love each moment we have together. (…and when life is hard, I lean into Jesus and then spend time with my chickens).
