I’ve been listening to this podcast for years and especially love when Shawn interviews the people in the program who talk about the process they went through to get their listing. I love how they share numbers and talk detail of the set up and the ups and downs of everything. I especially love how they include the actual listing of the STRs they are referring to so when they talk about things, you can actually look at it. Lastly, I would love if each of the interviews included the purchase price, the set up cost, the gross revenue and what they estimate their net revenue is. I know everyone isn’t super comfortable with it, but it’d be really helpful for those listening. Keep up the awesome work!

Shawn Moore is a great person and shares some amazing content! This is the gold standard for STR investing knowledge.
