Presenting: Body Stuff with Dr. Jen Gunter - Season 2
We're excited to share a sneak peek of the new season of Body Stuff with Doctor Jen Gunter! Like Rebel Eaters Club, Dr. Jen Gunter takes apart the stickiest myths around personal health out there, which are often sold to us by companies and wrapped up in bogus science. And she reveals how our bodies REALLY work. This season she's covering a lot of topics I'm really interested in like metabolism myths, sleep, and more!

Fat Girls Hiking
Love, love, love the focus on trying something new and not waiting for or concerning ourselves with others’ opinions. I’m 61 and I needed this podcast 50 years ago. Of course, there were no podcasts back then….. I have not led the life of a fat person, but that is what I love about this podcast. It’s so educational and helps us all see how we have been conditioned. I laugh, I cry, I think about things differently. Keep up the good work. I adore the snack opener!!!!!!
Thank you for a beautiful gift of a podcast!
If you’re a fellow fat or plus size person, this podcast is so needed. Every aspect of the show is centered in fat liberation and collective healing. As many do, I struggle with not policing my diet and battling internalized fatphobia. This podcast helps bring a ray of light to my life as I continue to disentangle the lessons we have been taught. A more pleasure filled, authentic life is on the horizon.
Thank you
I really needed to hear the “Stop Fighting Food” episode today! Thank you so much for reinforcing my health, sanity, and energy for more meaningful things than a food-control coping mechanism.
