Calling all overweight plant based women! This is a podcast for FRUSTRATED vegan gal's who can’t shift the fat, all while eating a healthy vegan diet! (Yes we exist.) Weight loss doesn’t have to be a mystery, but with all the pseudo science and outright quackery online it’s hard to understand the true WHY and HOW. Now seems to be going off the deep end. The vegan weight loss part is great. BUT the woo-woo stuff has gone wonky. Tread carefully.

I started out watching her YouTube videos and loved her realistic and logical approach to weight loss and healthy eating. I’m not vegan but I think her approach could work for everyone. Very informative and motivating.

Chelsea’s information is so unbelievably helpful! I especially love the information regarding habit change - it’s the missing piece for weight loss, and every other area of your life. Please don’t ever stop talking about habits, Chelsea!! Also - the failure episode is pure GOLD.
