Starting a business, is how you create your own economy in 2026. This is really critical, and I'm not here to scare anyone. I don't want to talk about politics, none of that. I'm just saying like the reality is, there is this financial gap. 55% of women over 50 say they don't have enough saved for retirement. Women live longer, they earn less over a lifetime, and they take more career breaks. The average Social Security check is not going to cover basic expenses for most people. I'll just tell you if you've got this inkling like I need to be doing something else, waiting is going to be the most expensive decision you can make. But here's what I discovered. Most of the women who are thriving, they're looking to create additional income streams. They're not dependent on one paycheck or what they have in retirement accounts or even on Social Security. I have women who are in their seventies and beyond coming to start coaching businesses. Seriously, 73, 75, 76, 77. Launching coaching businesses. I can tell you for sure it's not too late.
