I love listening to the affirmation pods and honestly any of your pods while I’m taking a bath before bed. They help me feel centered and calm especially during this breakup I’m going through and after a hectic day at work. Thank you so much for creating these podcasts❤️

You are unable to really enjoy the affirmations because she has ads all throughout the affirmations. Then she speaks extremely low, but the ads are extremely loud, so not really worth listening at this point. I’m not sure why she changed the way that her podcast was set up, but I hope she takes this feedback to make some changes . She should either do the ads at the very beginning of the podcast or at the very end.

I've been following Jasmine's podcast for some time now. While I'll admit that her affirmations and thought leadership with regard to women's well-being are superb, the amount of ads have been steadily increasing and are ill placed within the podcast, especially the affirmation episodes. Now, the ads comprise 1/4 to a 1/3 or more of the episodes and intermittently placed in the beginning, middle(s), and end of the episodes. As a result, I listen a lot less than I used to or when I do listen, I skip skip skip over the ads as best I can. I would make the suggestion for her to keeps ads in the beginning and end of the affirmation episodes; this way, you can actually meditate on the affirmations with limited distractions. For the lecture based episodes, it's okay to keep the ads as intermittent commercials throughout. As is, it's impossible for you to listen to the affirmations in the morning and right before bed and maintain a meditative state.

It’s quite hard to “meditate” on these affirmations when it’s now constant Ad’s during the episodes. Used to love listening to this podcast & had to stop for that reason.
