Habits of A Goddess

I love this podcast and the affirmations have gotten me through some really hard times. I lost touch with it for a year or two and just started relistening! But I don’t remember there being so many adds in the middle of the affirmations. I know we will hear them at the beginning and end of most podcasts, sometimes in the middle for longer 1hr ones. But if I’m picking a 5-15 min affirmation episode, the ads in the middle really killed it for me :( and the volume difference is INSANE! I tried to fall asleep to them, but every time an ad came on, it was blasting in my earbuds and woke me back up. Her voice and talents are beautiful, I just wish I could access them without the very loud interruptions when it’s such a short session anyway. But still love her and this whole podcast!

I love this podcast. Lately, there has been a volume issue. Jasmine is really low in volume and then the ads jump scare me awake. Love you girl. Please fix this issue

You are unable to really enjoy the affirmations because she has ads all throughout the affirmations. Then she speaks extremely low, but the ads are extremely loud, so not really worth listening at this point. I’m not sure why she changed the way that her podcast was set up, but I hope she takes this feedback to make some changes . She should either do the ads at the very beginning of the podcast or at the very end.

I've been following Jasmine's podcast for some time now. While I'll admit that her affirmations and thought leadership with regard to women's well-being are superb, the amount of ads have been steadily increasing and are ill placed within the podcast, especially the affirmation episodes. Now, the ads comprise 1/4 to a 1/3 or more of the episodes and intermittently placed in the beginning, middle(s), and end of the episodes. As a result, I listen a lot less than I used to or when I do listen, I skip skip skip over the ads as best I can. I would make the suggestion for her to keeps ads in the beginning and end of the affirmation episodes; this way, you can actually meditate on the affirmations with limited distractions. For the lecture based episodes, it's okay to keep the ads as intermittent commercials throughout. As is, it's impossible for you to listen to the affirmations in the morning and right before bed and maintain a meditative state.
