Weighing your chicken portion is the exact same action. The only difference is the emotional story you've attached to it. The money analogy. You can't fix a budget problem if you refuse to look at your bank statements. You can't troubleshoot your food if you won't measure it. You can't fix what you won't measure. You weigh to build the system, not forever. Once your meal cards exist, the decisions are already made. Pick a card, eat it, done. No tracking apps, no obsessing. Eating with your family is the goal.
