    When 5D Fluidity Meets the Focus Mechanic

    What happens when two people who deeply respect each other see the same experience through completely different lenses? In this challenging and deeply personal conversation, John Webber, the 5D New Human, and Joshua South, The Focus Mechanic from Turning South, wrestle with questions about perception, consciousness, language, attention, and the mechanics of the mind. Joshua challenges John on what he sees as contradictions in the 5D framework, especially the tension between saying we are moving beyond boxes and labels while also creating a “5D” framework of its own. John responds from his experience of fluidity, love and light, now-moment awareness, and the freedom to move through many different perspectives without becoming trapped by any one of them. The conversation then moves into Joshua’s work with zero-point focus: what happens when we place our attention completely on something in our environment? Does the inner narrator disappear? Can we focus on the external world while observing our thoughts at the same time? There are disagreements. There is frustration. Both men repeatedly recognize that they understand and respect the other’s experience, even while their explanations remain different. Joshua brings the precision of The Focus Mechanic. John brings the fluidity of the 5D New Human.     5D Morning Meditation Experience

    Start your day with this big inhale breath to fill your chest all the way up. Fill your heart with your breath, that living prana energy that animates your blood, digests your food. Discover you, discover inside of your chest that quiet place, that quiet spot. Put your attention there. Put your attention on that breath as it fills your chest. Your focus on that spot in the center of your chest, that now moment that is you. Notice how quiet it is there. Love that now moment. Love that place of quiet. Touch that place of quiet. Own that place of quiet. That's you connecting with you. portal to the 5d new human perception it's not new it's ancient it has been known since the beginning of time every master has discovered this place within that now moment that zero point that blissful place that Christ consciousness that Buddha consciousness, that Holy Spirit spot, that spiritual sanctuary that belongs to you. Right there in the center of your chest is your portal to life itself. And the frequency of the universe can be felt through your body to be mindful of everything around you while simultaneously your focus remains within. Deep breath in. Slow exhale. Hold your peace. Hold your peace. Know that you are amazing. Amazing. Amazing. You are life itself. Your entire being is part of a living organism. A biology that self-perpetuates its everlasting life. It's the frequency of the universe and it flows right through. You, right through the center of your chest, your now moment is where you experience life. You are a divine living organism that's directly connected to our divine source of love and light, that love. Make love to that. Swirl in that place of love within. Dance. with the frequency of life that you are. You are divine. You are human. You are part of a collective consciousness that animates this reality in which you exist, the realm in which your body resides. It's all managed by you through that connection, through that portal in your chest. your umbilical cord, to love and light. That love and light is abundant, abundant, abundant. It is undrainable. It is everlasting life. You have an undrainable amount of love and light. It's an everlasting supply. And you don't have to find anything external to touch this place within. It requires no money. It only requires your focused attention on your breath. So breathe in deep. That breath and love, that pulsing you feel as you slowly exhale with a slight hiss. Notice the pulsing in that exhaling hiss. And as you breathe in, focus on that heart and just notice how amazing, amazing life feels within. Now scan yourself. That breath. Feel that breath to flow in from the crown of your head all the way down to the toes of your feet. Feel life wiggle your toes. How does that happen? Notice the subtleties of things that you can control. and yet they also control themselves. You are a divine luminary being. Your spinal cord is your antenna in this reality in which you're able to dance and sing and play and make love and make joy. Find peace, find contentment, find satisfaction. Find balance. Find joy. Find your happiness. Find that divine frequency of life itself, that is who you are. And hold this frequency whenever we need to. This is the frequency experience meditation experience.

    5D Perception Seeing Beyond 3D Conversations

    I've got a 5D perception share for you. When you listen to the frequency of a person speaking, you can listen to a person speaking without hearing the sounds. You just watch their facial expressions. You watch their eyebrows. You can literally resonate with the frequency that their facial expressions carry. You can equally interpret words, and you can sense a person's frequency. When they lead with, I don't want, and I can't, and this is not, and the problem is this, those are all words, and there's a frequency that's carrying those. You can also say, yeah, well, there's kind of a problem with that. Yeah, I don't think I like that. No, I can't agree with that. There's two different frequencies. There's the frequency of the words, and there's the frequency of the delivery. 5D perception, we resonate with the frequency of the person. We resonate with the frequency of the message. And no matter what frequency, no matter what message, no matter what person or situation that we ever, ever interact with, we're interacting with ourselves. Because everything that's happening externally to us is being experienced internally with ourselves. So when somebody's sharing something with you, that you disagree with, try to take the side of agreeing with it. Like let your frequency try to resonate with the person who's sharing the message and try to resonate in their frequency and add strength to their words. Add strength with your own frequency by commenting on it and mirror looping the good stuff. This is 5D perception. This is starting to think. beyond the words, starting to think, beyond the narratives, starting to be out of the boxes that we've been stuck in. We're just okay with everything being the way it is. We listen to it. We understand it. We resonate with it. It's a coherent frequency if we're not in resistance to it. Just let everybody's frequency stand, and we'll all resonate to where we belong, and we'll just all live in harmony. That's the 5D New Earth. That's the 5D new human perception. That's the 5D new human frequency. And through that frequency, we are manifesting this new earth perception through one another. This is what I talk about on my podcast.
