So I was a fan of the previous podcast with both girls however I am now a massive fan of the new format with just Syd. You can tell she really flourished and grew into herself with the new changes and it's so much better. I'm so much more of a fan! Loveeee it. Keep going Syd, trust your gut and the process. Think more about your ad

I love the new vibe Syd and the direction and growth you’ve taken the pod. I encourage you to think a more about your GLP – 1 ad. The weight loss drug, that is taking away from many ppl with diabetes, due to ppl with no diabetes abusing it for weight loss. It is very controversial and doesn’t seem to line up with your values.
