The Happy Weight Podcast

Aoife Deane

Hi, I’m Aoife. I’m a Registered Dietitian with an MSc in Nutritional Medicine and a Clinical Hypnotherapist. But my most important qualification is that I started dieting at 11 and spent the next 18 years yo-yo dieting, moving up and down four dress sizes and developing binge eating disorder and bulimia. I used to envy slim people who loved food, but didn’t obsess over it. Now I’m one of them. Through this podcast, I’d love to share the skills, tools, and mindset I learned through my own struggles and 17 years of helping others.
