2 MENCHES

Oct 5

Lalakmw

These 2 good guys have become my FAVORITE PODCAST!!! They’re truly who they are not trying to put in a media presence and they’re just two mensches!!! I don’t say that lightly. A few takeaways… Yes, I agree w the consensus that Ben somewhat “out of touch” BUT he has lead a privileged and semi sheltered life thus his POV is limited. Luckily the older wiser big brother Josh is here to guide him toward the right path. Also Ben is Josh’s best audience!!! He adores him and LAUGHS at every joke (good or mid). It’s a lovely friendship. Josh could give Ben the spotlight a little more but it’s ok… My only gripe is twice a week isn’t enough!!! We need a 3rd!!! Monday Wednesday Friday world be PERFECT!!! ✨💙✨💙
Love Them!

Josh and Ben are so funny. I usually don’t like podcasts hosted by men, but Good Guys is the exception! They’re fun and happy and lighthearted, and they really are just good guys. I love when Ben laughs so hard at Josh’s jokes that Josh keeps going with the joke for like 2 minutes. Also, I LOVE when we hear from Josh’s wife Paige. She reminds me of Hilary Duff. Just so clever and relatable and pretty and nice. I want to be friends with her! I’m glad that I’ve noticed more of an effort from Ben to try to be a little less out of touch, and I hope he continues to do so. There are definitely still moments where he gives some out-of-touch takes, so I’ll give this show 5 stars once that’s happening less. (I still feel like I have to brace myself for these takes going into each episode.) Love you guys!

I had never read podcast reviews until today. I was caught off guard when I saw a 1 star review & so many people disliking the PGOM, BEN! Although I do not know him personally, he is a fantastic example of what a good husband & partner should be. A concept that has become so lost with the way social media has warped our brains. Ben’s takes are refreshing. I hope they continue to stay true to themselves; I adore this podcast!I
