Customer Reviews
A personal finance show for most of us
There are a lot of personal finance shows. So many of them have a vibe for young professionals saving since their first paycheck, or real estate investors, or people with high-earning careers, or other niches. But this one really appeals to those of us who are late to FI (financial independence) or are the “neighbor next door”. Bill and Becky (and now Jackie) make these topics easy and attainable for everyone, especially those who are “Catching Up”. It’s worth a listen.
Finally a space for late starters!
I’ve followed the FI community for 4 years and was always put off at the “20 year old” approach to gaining financial freedom. What about those of us who arrived late to the party? What about the ways it affects us different at this stage of life? When this first episode came out I was beyond elated. Real people, real struggles and real wins. Thank you! 🙏💪🏻🙌🏻
2024 Update: it’s gotten away from a late start focus and has jumped the shark, good content, just it’s more of the same now. Very disappointed
The perfect podcast for those that feel behind!
I have been listening to FI podcasts and reading about it but always felt like I was so late and the information didn’t quite fit. I didn’t make good decisions with money until my forties. Then this podcast was recommended to me. The hosts are so relatable and have material that makes sense for my situation. If you feel late to the FI party or just want to retire at some point listen to this podcast!
