    I Had to Outgrow Myself to Become Her

There was a version of me who had big dreams but was still operating from old beliefs, old habits, and an identity that could only take me so far. Eventually, I realized that the life I wanted required a version of me I hadn’t become yet. So I had to change. Not just my strategy. Not just my business. Not just my environment. My identity. My Story Since the last time I had a podcast, so much of my life has changed. I’ve navigated motherhood, moved to Calgary, worked through seasons that challenged me personally, continued building my businesses, reached the top 1% in my network marketing company, and grown Young Actors HQ. But the biggest transformation wasn’t a title, a revenue milestone, or a business accomplishment. It was who I had to become along the way. I’ve learned that you can have the ambition, the vision, and even the strategy, but if you’re still making decisions from the identity of the person you’re trying to outgrow, you’ll keep finding yourself in the same place. Growth requires you to question the beliefs you’ve carried for years. It requires you to put yourself in rooms where your current reality isn’t the standard. It requires you to invest in yourself before you have all the evidence that it’s going to work. And sometimes, it requires you to disappoint the version of yourself who wants to stay comfortable. The Takeaway You don’t have to wait until your circumstances change to start becoming the woman you want to be. You can start today. Make the decision she would make. Have the conversation she would have. Invest in the skills she would need. Surround yourself with people who challenge you to think bigger. Stop asking yourself, “Am I ready?” Start asking, “Who do I need to become?” Because sometimes, the next level of your life isn’t waiting for you to work harder.     Multiple Streams of Income

    I truly didn’t know if I would record a podcast on this subject … but I felt like there was a tug on my heart to show up and be authentic. Multiple streams of income…. The average millionaire has over 7 streams of income. Let me tell you a common mistake I see trying to diversify before one of the streams of income is solid and sustainable. You’ll just get burned out and not be able to do anything of your careers full the full love and effort they deserve. Instead you’ll be pouring from an empty cup into many different places and none of them will really build and scale. All that being said in 2021 I had the hardest year of my life. My character in question everything I built gone in a blink of an eye and I hit my knees and prayed for some clarity. I often get these dms that say… Can I actually be successful at JUST doing network marketing or do I need to do a million things like you …. Trust me you can just be successful at network marketing it’s an uncapped income…. But I wanted to build businesses from the ground up that are mine. My business partners and I pour our love and soul into them and no one else owns them except us. It’s important to me for so many reasons and you can listen to why on my podcast today. My love goes out to everyone in beauty counter. Bless beauty counter for showing us how clean beauty is so important. The European standard and also a b corp company that changed the way we view network marketing. Suddenly it was cool and trendy and huge influencers were becoming affiliates. It opened people’s eyes up to the genius of the business model and real people poured their love and life into this business. I send love and am hopeful for the future. Also there is no branding quite like beauty counter - it’s stunning and I’m also screaming from the side for us all to take notes! People shop with there eyes so the fact the outside was as stunning as the inside was just… what a beautiful business. Anyone who does network marketing has stepped outside their comfort zone, grown relationships, been rejected, gone against the “ normal “ way of doing things and I see you and I celebrate you.     I have a little secret for you- do you want to quantum leap in your life and business? The secret is… Who you surround yourself with. If you’re surrounded by 5 millionaires .. your next. Surrounded by people who prioritize health… you will to. People who talk about investing, abundance mindset and person development… you’ll talk about that to. For years I was surrounded by stories of lack, stress and living pay check to pay check so I assumed that’s just how it is. When I decided who was going to be my mentor I was very intentional. I knew I wanted someone who wasn’t going to quit when it gets hard, someone who already had the success I wanted as well and who was transparent and honest. In a world of possibility make sure you align yourself with people who are where you want to be. It can help you collapse time and learn from what they did to build that sucesss.
