I appreciate Lauren as a podcast host! She’s super organized, and there’s a happy balance between her being professional and fun! The questions were great, she did all you’d expect from a podcast host but what stands out is that she didn’t wanna just talk like most podcasters. She listened and helped me share incomplete thoughts and held space for what flourished into a great episode!

Lauren’s confidence transforms what would normally be taboo subjects into conversation pieces for partner’s looking for an improvement in their sexual relationship. Her soothing voice informs her listener’s of information they may be afraid to ask their partner or a traditional therapist. My only complaint is that the episodes are too short and leave me wanting more!
