Alex opens up about his childhood, during which he had dyslexia so bad that he couldn't read and write yet showed signs of a very high IQ. We spoke at length about how neurodiverse people work so differently and that if it's managed well, they can help people see things in a unique way. If you follow him on LinkedIn, it's no secret that Alex has been breaking the norms of the usual recruitment CEO, hence the title 'Probably the weirdest CEO'. But Alex talks us through how important it is to be authentic and you can run/grow/scale a business YOUR WAY!
