I'm Four Weeks Postpartum And I Feel Like I'm Drowning

I'm four weeks postpartum, and while I look put together on Instagram - behind the scenes things are different. I feel like I'm drowning. And if you're a new mum trying to hold your business, your body, and your family together, perhaps you can relate. In this episode, baby Wesley joins us in the studio as my husband and I get honest about the fourth trimester. It’s the messy stretch after birth where you ask, "Who am I now?". I share the grief and guilt I feel over the life we had before Wesley.  I own up to coming back to work too soon and breaking my own boundaries. And I explain why I keep hunting for the old version of me, and why I can't find her. We also talk about why support fades the moment the baby is born, and how going from a five-year-old back to a newborn feels like a time warp. We get into the pressure to "bounce back", how to give a compliment without the sting, and why I show up on camera even when my confidence is low. If you're in your own postpartum fog, or any hard season where you don't feel like yourself, press play. If Your Partner Doesn't Get Your Growth, Here’s What That Means | With Jess Hood & Coach Tash

In this episode of She's Not Selling, Head Coach Tash sits down with Jess, a She Sells closer and one of Tash’s one-to-one coaching clients. Eleven months ago she joined the She Sells community. Nine months ago she started closing. Today she lives in Bali, rents her own villa, closes on a 15-hour-a-week account, and just launched Young and Invested, a money education community with 18 modules built in four weeks. None of it happened until she let go of the wrong man. Jess opens up about the coaching session where one hidden belief about successful men came to light, and why she ended her relationship that same night. Then we get into the shift most women miss: the money problem is often a trust problem. We also cover feminine energy versus control, why you can't make a partner do self-development for you, the Instagram question that nearly knocked me off my chair, and radical responsibility after a breakup. Plus why moving overseas single grows you faster than waiting for a partner. If you're a woman in sales, remote closing, or building a business, and something in your relationship feels "close but not quite," press play. This one could change what you accept from here on. - 🚀Interested in starting a remote sales career for more time, location, and financial freedom? Why Women Won't Invest In Themselves (But Will Spend Thousands On Beauty Products)

In this episode of She's Not Selling, we’re talking about the investment paradox. We explore why the investments with the highest potential return, like remote closing and high ticket sales, feel the riskiest. Yet the "safe" investments, like an $80,000 university degree, often produce the smallest returns. We ask why people happily drop $2,000 on a new iPhone every year but freeze at $50 a week to change their life. The answer is rooted in neuroscience. If you're a woman stuck in a 9 to 5, curious about remote sales, or sitting on the fence about investing in yourself, this one is a black and white slap across the face. Tune in to hear about: ❤️ What the "investment paradox" is, and why it keeps so many women stuck in jobs they hate ❤️ The one question Brooke asked a woman with fresh lashes, nails and filler who said she had "no money" to invest in herself ❤️ Why you're not rewarded for starting, and what one host's $440 first month says about the only thing that actually pays ❤️ The Tony Robbins cockroach test, and how it shows you exactly what makes 12 months of hard work feel worth it ❤️ What really happens in year two when the compounding kicks in, and what one deputy principal did once she saw it ❤️ How long it truly takes to save $1 million on a median Australian salary with a mortgage and two kids ❤️ Why 12 months is smaller than you think once you count your weeks, and the one-page exercise that makes it hit home Key moments: 00:00:00 Intro 00:01:26 The Investment Paradox Explained 00:04:30 Instant Faces, Delayed Returns 00:07:50 You Pay For Access 00:11:15 Twelve Of Your 4,000 Weeks 00:14:30 The Million Dollar Maths 00:17:50 Rebirth Yourself In 12 - 🚀Interested in starting a remote sales career for more time, location, and financial freedom? What To Do If Your Partner Hates Your Self Development Journey

If you’re an ambitious woman who feels like you’re constantly pushing your partner to do more, earn more, grow more, or take more responsibility, this episode is for you. You’ll hear the difference between a partner who’s simply going through a temporary season and someone showing signs of chronic complacency - because those are two very different relationship problems. The Reason Millennials Can't Get Ahead (It's Not What You Think)

What if the life you were taught to chase no longer works - and the answer isn't giving up on your goals, but finding a completely new pathway to them? In this episode, we’re discussing the collapse of the traditional dream: study hard, build a career, work the 9–5, buy a house, and financial freedom will follow. For many Millennials, that formula is breaking. They did everything right - and yet the security, freedom, and fulfilment they were promised still hasn't arrived. Together, we’re breaking “hope” down into its three real components, and revealing which one is broken for almost everyone still stuck on the traditional route. We’re also exploring why hope is one of the most underrated skills in sales. If you're a high-ticket closer, coach, or entrepreneur, your prospects already know their problems. What they're really searching for is something else entirely - and the closers who can give it to them will win.. Tune in to discover: ❤️ Why an entire generation did everything right and still feels like they're losing ❤️ The real reason working harder no longer creates financial freedom ❤️ The three components of hope (including the one most people are missing) ❤️ The "brick wall" test that reveals whether you've settled without realising it ❤️ How to move past the fear of failure, judgment, and being the first to go ❤️ The scarcity belief that keeps high performers playing small… and how to rewire it ❤️ A simple reframe that brings possibility back when you feel completely stuck ❤️ How to move a prospect from helplessness to hope without piling on their pain Key moments: 00:00:00 Intro 00:00:56 Denied the dream 00:04:10 Settling for less 00:08:30 Three parts of hope 00:11:44 Trailblazers don't wait 00:15:03 Modern day shackles 00:19:37 Closers sell hope - 🚀Interested in starting a remote sales career for more time, location, and financial freedom? The Entitlement Epidemic Nobody Wants to Admit They're Part Of

Could you be blurring the lines between receiving support and outsourcing your confidence, personal accountability, and ability to figure things out for yourself? In this episode, we’re exploring the entitlement epidemic - the hidden cost of constant hand-holding, and why always expecting someone else to provide the answer can keep you stuck. From remote sales and business mentorship to parenting, people pleasing, burnout, and personal growth, this conversation is a direct reminder that support should empower you - not make you dependent. We also explore why coaches, mentors, and business owners need stronger boundaries, how over-giving creates resentment, and why constantly rescuing people can prevent them from building the self-leadership required to succeed. Tune in to hear about: ❤️The difference between support and dependency ❤️How entitlement weakens personal accountability ❤️Why over-giving can lead to burnout and resentment ❤️How people pleasing affects leadership and business growth ❤️Why coaches need clear boundaries with clients and students ❤️How to become more solution-oriented before asking for help ❤️Why confidence is a by-product of action - not a prerequisite ❤️How real-world experience builds resilience and mental toughness ❤️Why consuming more information is not always the answer ❤️How to use the “Figure It Out First” mindset ❤️Why failure, rejection, and discomfort are essential for growth ❤️How constant hand-holding can damage self-belief ❤️Why remote sales success requires grit, action, and self-leadership ❤️How overprotective environments can create “silver spoon syndrome” ❤️Why the identity that started your journey may not be the one that takes you to the next level Key moments: 00:00:00 Intro 00:01:55 The entitlement epidemic 00:04:40 Boundaries get crossed 00:07:40 The bubble wrap trap 00:10:53 Silver spoon syndrome 00:14:20 The cost of entitlement 00:17:00 Support versus dependency 00:20:00 Thrown in the pool 00:23:00 Earned money  00:26:40 Figure it out first 00:34:40 Boundaries in real life - 🚀Interested in starting a remote sales career for more time, location, and financial freedom?
