In this episode, I explain why migraines are not random, not a medication deficiency, and not a life sentence — especially for high-functioning, high-responsibility women who are “doing everything right” and still breaking down. I recorded this episode because I see a pattern over and over again: Women come to me for weight loss. They lose the weight quickly. And then they’re shocked when their migraines disappear too.
