The First-Time Sex Guide Nobody Gave You

You were taught to wait. Don't have sex. Don't touch yourself. Guard your body. Protect your purity. Save it for marriage. And then you get married and suddenly… Okay! Go have an amazing sex life! But HOW?! This episode is for anyone who grew up in purity culture, waited or is waiting for marriage, and realized that nobody actually taught them what happens when sex finally becomes “allowed.” We're talking about the first time — the REAL version. Not the movie version. Not the perfectly romantic wedding-night version. The nervous, awkward, exciting, emotional, “wait… what do we actually do?” version. 💋 What to realistically expect your first time 💋 How years of shame and fear can follow you into the bedroom 💋 Why anxiety and tension can make penetration more difficult or painful 💋 Why you should never feel like you have to push through pain 💋 Why knowing your own body can completely change partnered intimacy 💋 How to start exploring your body without making orgasm the goal 💋 Why communication needs to start BEFORE you're in the moment 💋 How slowing down and allowing time for arousal can make a huge difference 💋 Why LUBE might be the most important thing you pack for your honeymoon 💋 Positions that can give the receiving partner more control over depth and pace 💋 Why not having an orgasm your first time does NOT mean something went wrong 💋 Why bleeding — or NOT bleeding — isn't a reliable measure of virginity 💋 What to do when guilt shows up even after you've waited until marriage 💋 When persistent pain deserves professional evaluation 💋 How couples can start their marriage actually talking about sex instead of guessing what the other person wants And we're getting into something I feel incredibly strongly about: education does not destroy values. Whether you're teaching your kids to wait until marriage or allowing them to make their own decisions as they get older, understanding their bodies, using correct anatomical terminology, knowing how to communicate boundaries, and understanding sexual health gives them information they can actually use. You can value waiting AND prepare someone for what comes afterward. Because going from years of “NO” to suddenly expecting yourself to feel completely comfortable with sex doesn't always happen overnight. If your first experience wasn't magical, if intimacy still feels complicated, or if you're carrying guilt and shame you don't completely understand, this conversation is for you. You deserve accurate information about your body. You deserve communication in your relationship. And you deserve intimacy that feels safe, connected, and mutually wanted. This is the sex talk I wish more people received before their wedding night. We’ve Been Married 12 Years… Here’s What Still Drives Us Crazy

My favorite substitute teacher is back. My husband Josh is joining me for round three, and this episode starts with us roasting each other over all the ridiculous little things that happen after almost 12 years of marriage… and somehow turns into one of our more honest conversations about marriage, business, failure, success, and getting through hard seasons together. Because apparently nothing says healthy marriage like arguing over which pot you're supposed to use for Top Ramen. 💋 Why Josh spends approximately 14 years in the bathroom 💋 His completely reasonable obsession with hats 💋 The Top Ramen pot argument that apparently needed to be discussed publicly 💋 Why I allegedly don't know how to load a dishwasher 💋 His road rage…and my inability to close a cupboard 💋 What it's actually like for Josh being married to someone who's publicly visible 💋 Why he doesn't mind being known as “Cassidy's husband” 💋 What watching me build businesses publicly has taught him 💋 The side of entrepreneurship nobody sees online 💋 Why consistency might be the biggest difference between people who make it and people who don't 💋 What happens when you're responsible for employees and their livelihoods 💋 Why the people closest to you aren't always the people who support your business 💋 Who Josh was before we met — including his GTL era 💋 What he says our relationship changed about him 💋 The ego he's still working on 💋 How he defines a genuinely successful life 💋 His take on the supplement industry after more than a decade working in nutraceutical manufacturing 💋 And why he thinks your greens powder might basically be a fancy multivitamin But underneath all the roasting, this conversation gets into something we've actually lived. Building businesses while raising a family and trying to maintain a healthy marriage can be freaking hard. There have been seasons where we've felt stretched financially, emotionally, professionally, and relationally. We've gone to therapy. We've had to learn how to communicate better. We've had moments where we've distanced ourselves instead of leaning on each other. And we've learned that when everything around you feels uncertain, your marriage can't become another thing you're fighting against. You have to figure out how to fight for each other. We're definitely not perfect. We don't have everything figured out. But after almost 12 years of marriage, multiple businesses, a daughter, massive changes, failures, wins, and a whole lot of figuring shit out as we go, I know one thing: We'll keep figuring it out together. Also, apparently I'm still loading the dishwasher wrong. Why Brands Keep Overlooking the Creators Who Actually Convert

In this episode of The Law of Cassidy, I’m switching things up. We’re not talking about sex, G-spots, butt stuff, or relationships today. We’re talking business — and I have a bone to pick with brands. After nearly 20 years in my industry, building a community across 11 social accounts and reaching millions of followers, I still get overlooked for brand partnerships because the content I create is considered too uncomfortable, too honest, or too “risky.” And I know I’m not the only one. Creators talking openly about intimacy, mental health, addiction and recovery, divorce, grief, chronic illness, body image, LGBTQ+ experiences, and other real-life topics are building some of the most deeply connected communities online — yet brands continue choosing the safer, perfectly curated alternative. I think they’re making a huge mistake. 💋 Why brands keep choosing “safe” influencers 💋 The difference between reach and actual trust 💋 Why a smaller, deeply engaged audience can be more valuable than millions of passive followers 💋 Why uncomfortable content doesn’t automatically mean brand risk 💋 The creators brands continue to overlook 💋 Why vulnerable creators can build incredibly loyal communities 💋 What brands should actually be looking at beyond follower count 💋 Why DMs and community conversations can tell you more than surface-level engagement 💋 How creators can pitch their trust, not just their numbers 💋 Why playing it safe could actually be costing brands money 💋 What I’ve learned from selling products to an audience that genuinely trusts my recommendations I also share a real example from my own business: how a completely new product became one of the top sellers on my established website in less than a month — not because my audience could smell it through their phones or because it fit some perfectly curated influencer aesthetic, but because they trusted my recommendation. That’s the part of influencer marketing I think brands are missing. To every creator who has been told you’re too honest, too controversial, too uncomfortable, too complicated, or just too much: Keep building. The trust you’re earning cannot be manufactured. And to the brands? The creators you keep overlooking might be exactly the creators who could grow your business. That’s the law. How to Actually Please a Woman: The Oral Guide Men Need

Let’s talk about something way too many couples are doing wrong: oral intimacy. The orgasm gap is real, and in this episode, I’m breaking down one of the biggest reasons women struggle to finish during partnered sex — we’re rushing, skipping the warm-up, ignoring anatomy, and treating female pleasure like an appetizer instead of the main course. This is the oral intimacy guide I wish everyone got before they started having sex. And yes, men, I need you to take notes. 💋 Female anatomy 101 — including where the clitoris actually is and how it works 💋 Why going straight for the most sensitive spot can actually feel terrible 💋 The biggest oral intimacy mistakes people make 💋 Why slowing down can completely change her experience 💋 How to use rhythm, pressure, breath, hands, and anticipation 💋 Why “DON’T STOP” actually means do not change what you're doing 💋 How to tell when something is working without having to ask 💋 Why women get stuck in their heads during intimacy 💋 How to make her feel safe enough to actually let go 💋 Why making her feel like she’s “taking too long” can ruin everything 💋 How women can communicate what they actually want without bruising their partner’s ego 💋 Why faking it is making your sex life worse 💋 How couples can close the orgasm gap together I’m also answering your Confessions from the DMs, including what to do when you can’t get out of your head while receiving, how to ask your partner for more oral intimacy, and what happens when your partner makes it obvious they don’t enjoy giving it. Because her pleasure isn’t a performance. It’s the point. Send this episode to your partner, listen together, and then actually have the conversation. You’re Not Going Crazy… It Might Be Perimenopause

If you’re over 35 and suddenly wondering, “What the hell is happening to me?” — this episode is for you. My best friend Haileigh Mason is back, and we’re diving headfirst into what we lovingly call “cougar puberty” — aka perimenopause. We’re talking about the symptoms women experience every single day but are too often told are simply part of “getting older.” The anxiety. The brain fog. The body changes. Waking up in the middle of the night. Feeling exhausted. Losing your sex drive. Vaginal dryness. Feeling irritated by literally EVERYTHING your husband does. And maybe the hardest part of all — feeling like you don’t recognize yourself anymore. Haileigh breaks down what may actually be happening with estrogen and progesterone throughout perimenopause and why your hormones can feel like an absolute roller coaster. We get into: 💋 When perimenopause can actually begin 💋 Progesterone vs. estrogen and why both matter 💋 Anxiety, brain fog and suddenly feeling mentally “off” 💋 Why you may start waking up at 2 or 3 AM 💋 Body composition and weight changes 💋 What can happen to your sex drive during perimenopause 💋 Vaginal dryness, painful sex and changes in sensitivity 💋 Why communication with your partner matters more than ever 💋 Hormone testing and why Haley looks at symptoms alongside labs 💋 Estrogen cream and vaginal health 💋 Heart palpitations and when you should still talk to your doctor 💋 Hormones, birth control and antidepressants 💋 Hydration, strength training, stretching and taking care of your body 💋 Why perimenopause does NOT have to become your new identity And yes… we also discuss why your husband chewing too loudly may suddenly feel like a personal attack. If you’ve been saying, “I just don’t feel like myself anymore,” I hope this conversation gives you questions to bring to a qualified healthcare professional and helps you feel more informed about what may be happening in your body. Send this episode to the women in your life — and honestly, send it to the men too. They need the perimenopause survival guide just as much as we do. How to Squirt: The Science, The Myths & What Actually Works

After nearly 20 years in the intimacy and wellness space, I've been asked this question more times than I can count... Can every woman squirt? In this episode, I'm breaking down the science, the myths, and the practical techniques behind squirting—without shame, unrealistic expectations, or misinformation. Whether you're simply curious, trying to understand your own body, or looking to improve intimacy with your partner, this episode is for you. We cover what squirting actually is, why it happens, why it doesn't happen for everyone, and how to create the right environment without turning it into a performance. In this episode I cover: 💋 What squirting actually is (and what it isn't) 💋 Is squirting pee? The science finally explained 💋 The difference between squirting and female ejaculation 💋 Can every woman squirt? 💋 Why porn has created unrealistic expectations 💋 Step-by-step techniques that actually help 💋 The biggest mistakes couples make 💋 How to remove pressure and enjoy the experience 💋 G-spot stimulation, clitoral stimulation, and why both matter 💋 Real listener questions from Confessions in the DMs Most importantly, I want you to know this: If you've never squirted, you're not broken. Pleasure isn't measured by one specific experience. Your body isn't failing you, and intimacy should never become a performance. If this episode helped you, share it with your partner or send it to someone who's always wondered but was too embarrassed to ask.
