    By 1992, Queen Elizabeth II had been on the throne for forty years. She had survived wars, political upheaval, assassination attempts and a country transformed almost beyond recognition. We reconstruct the frantic pursuit by paparazzi, the journey from the Ritz Hotel, the devastating crash inside the Pont de l'Alma tunnel and the desperate attempts by doctors to save Diana's life.
