Is Success Costing You Yourself? | Ep. 13

What if the success you've been working so hard for is costing you more than you realise? Many of us dream about building meaningful careers, achieving big goals and becoming everything we believe we're capable of becoming. But somewhere along the way, ambition can quietly turn into pressure, and success can begin to cost us our peace, relationships, health and even our sense of self. This week on The Full Circle Podcast, Ndavi Nokerii sits down with entrepreneur, branding strategist and founder of EDITS COMMUNICATIONS, Nomndeni Sethole, for an honest conversation about ambition, purpose, success and learning when to let go. From growing up in an entrepreneurial home and building a career rooted in creativity and vision, to navigating seasons of change and learning to trust God's direction, Nomndeni reflects on what ambition has taught her about the woman she is. The conversation also explores what happens when God gives you a different assignment for a different season, how to trust Him when you don't have the full picture, and why developing a healthy relationship with challenges can help us recognise when it's time to put something down. If you've ever been afraid of failing, chased something you thought would finally make you feel fulfilled, or struggled to know whether you're meant to keep going or let go, this conversation is for you. Because ambition isn't the problem. The question is whether you're building a life that allows you to become successful without losing yourself along the way. And sometimes, trusting God means believing that what He's leading you into is more important than what you're trying to hold onto.

Can Your Friendships Grow With You? | Kabelo Mohale & Ndavi Nokeri | Ep 12

What happens to our friendships when life starts to change? Marriage. Motherhood. New seasons. New responsibilities. Sometimes the people we love are still the same people, but the way we show up for each other has to change. This week on The Full Circle Podcast, Ndavi Nokerii sits down with Kabelo Mohale, content creator, entrepreneur, speaker, community builder, wife, mother, and founder of BE'LOVED, for an honest conversation about friendship, growing together and learning how to show up when life doesn't look the way it used to. Kabelo reflects on the friendships that shaped her, the moment she realised friendship couldn't simply be about proximity, and what it means to intentionally build relationships on the right foundations. They talk about comparison, performing for acceptance, navigating difficult seasons, celebrating your friends when you're struggling yourself, and the challenge of knowing when to show up for someone without neglecting yourself. Because maybe mature friendship isn't about having constant access to each other. Maybe it's about knowing what someone needs in the season they're in, and learning how to love them well through it. If you've ever felt a friendship changing, struggled to celebrate someone while you're in your own difficult season, or wondered how to support the people you love without losing yourself, this conversation is for you. And ultimately, this episode asks us to rethink what it means to be a good friend. Are we willing to grow with the people we love, even when friendship no longer looks the way it used to? Season 2 is here | Why are you trying to Fit in? | Ep. 11

Why Are You Trying to Fit In? What if the pressure to fit in is keeping you from becoming who God called you to be? Season 2 of The Full Circle Podcast begins with a question: If I truly belong to God, what should look different about my life? In this opening solo episode, Ndavi Nokerii reflects on Season 1 and introduces the heart behind the new season. After spending Season 1 becoming planted, building roots, knowing God and establishing values, Season 2 asks what comes next: How do you actually live differently? Ndavi unpacks what it means to live differently without becoming disconnected from the world around you. She explores the pressure to compare, the desire for validation, the power of our words and why our identity has to come before our purpose. Drawing from Romans 12:2, this episode is a reminder that following God isn't about performing, appearing perfect or trying to stand out. It's about allowing Him to transform the way we think, the choices we make and ultimately the way we live. If you've ever felt the pressure to fit in, questioned whether your faith should affect your everyday decisions, or found yourself looking to other people for validation, this conversation is for you. Season 2 is an invitation to live intentionally, rooted in who God says you are. Where in your life have you been trying to fit in instead of faithfully standing apart? The Dangers of People-Pleasing | with Ndavi Nokeri | EP 9

How many times have you said "yes" when you really wanted to say "no"? In this solo episode of The Full Circle Podcast, Ndavi unpacks the hidden cost of people pleasing and why constantly seeking the approval of others often leads to self-betrayal. Through honest reflection, biblical wisdom, and practical encouragement, she explores how fear, guilt, and the desire to keep everyone happy can keep us from living the life God has called us to. This conversation is an invitation to embrace healthy boundaries, rediscover your identity, and choose obedience over approval. If you've ever struggled with disappointing others, carrying the weight of unrealistic expectations, or finding the courage to put yourself first, this episode will remind you that true freedom begins when you stop living for people and start living from a place of authenticity. People pleasing is so much more than simply being "nice”, because you’ll realise that constantly prioritising the approval, comfort and expectations of others can quietly lead to emotional exhaustion Some points we unpack:     •    What people pleasing really is (and what it isn't)     •    Why boundaries are an act of stewardship, not selfishness     •    How the fear of disappointing others keeps us stuck     •    The relationship between identity, obedience and healing     •    Practical steps to begin choosing truth over approval Remember: every journey to wholeness begins with one honest conversation. Can God Still Use You After Your Mistakes? | Ndavi Nokeri & Naomi Raine | Episode 8

Can God still use you after your mistakes? In this powerful and deeply vulnerable conversation, Ndavi sits down with Naomi Raine who opens up about overcoming shame, embracing God’s grace, and learning to see herself through God’s eyes rather than the lens of her past. She shares her journey of navigating motherhood, having a child out of wedlock, and the process of moving beyond guilt and self-condemnation to fully step into the purpose God has for her life. We also unpack the often misunderstood relationship between faith, success, and money. Naomi shares why she believes success doesn’t create character but reveals it, and how the real battles she faces have less to do with money and what her real struggle truly is… One of the most touching moments of the conversation comes as Naomi reflects on how motherhood has given her a deeper understanding of God’s love. Through her relationship with her children, she has come to appreciate the unwavering nature of God’s grace, His faithfulness despite our imperfections, and His commitment to us even when we fall short. We also discuss obedience, learning to trust God when His instructions don’t make sense, and what it looks like to prioritize His voice above the opinions of people. Naomi shares insights into her decision to leave Maverick City, the season of recalibration she currently finds herself in, and the songs that are anchoring her faith as she continues to follow God’s leading one step at a time. This conversation is a beautiful reminder that your mistakes do not disqualify you, shame does not get the final word, and God’s grace is always greater than your past. 🎧 Listen, reflect, and join the conversation in the comments. You’re Missing The Moment | Learning To Stop Living In Survival Mode with Ndavi Nokeri | Episode 7

In this episode, we explore a question that has been sitting heavily on my heart: Are we truly living in the freedom Christ died to give us? Too often, we label seasons as "bad" simply because they are stretching us, disappointing us, or unfolding differently from what we expected. We postpone our joy until the next breakthrough, the next answered prayer, the next chapter. But what if God is inviting us to be fully present right here, right now? Jesus tells us that His yoke is easy and His burden is light, yet so many of us are carrying weights He never asked us to bear. Sometimes, we create our own suffering because deep down we struggle to believe we are worthy of grace, worthy of joy, or worthy of the freedom that was already purchased for us on the cross. We continue trying to carry our own crucifixion when Jesus has already carried it for us. This conversation is a reminder that God's promises are not only for some distant future version of your life. They are for today. His joy is for today. His peace is for today. His presence is for today. We also reflect on what it means to recognize that God has placed us where we are for a reason. Even in frustrating seasons, difficult workplaces, uncertain transitions, and unexpected detours, there are people to serve, lessons to learn, and purpose to fulfill. The question is: if we've been called to proclaim freedom, are we living free ourselves? If you've been feeling stuck between where you are and where you hope to be, this episode is an invitation to stop postponing your life, trust God with the season you're in, and rediscover the joy available to you right now. Listen, reflect, and join the conversation in the comments: What are you currently waiting for, that is causing you to postpone your joy? What It Really Takes To Become Succesful | Cleola Kunene & Ndavi Nokeri | Episode 6

In this episode, Ndavi sits down with award-winning investment expert, Director at Equate and former Head of SME Development at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Cleola Kunene, for a deeply honest conversation about the intersection of legacy and calling; and the reality of building a meaningful life. As a global business leader, mother, and woman of faith, Cleola shares the lessons that have shaped her journey — from building businesses that scale to learning how to trust God through uncertainty and transition. She speaks about the importance of having a strong “why,” staying committed to the vision while remaining flexible with the process, and embracing resilience as part of the journey toward purpose. The conversation explores what it truly means to build a healthy relationship with money and why money should never sit idle. Cleola shares her perspective on wealth creation, sustainable business systems, self-trust, discipline, and the sacrifices often required to grow. She reflects on the reality that not everyone can journey with you into every season and why protecting your vision sometimes requires changing your environment and circle. She also opens up about excellence, entrepreneurial thinking, motherhood, learning to love again after experiencing loss, and the deeper meaning of success beyond titles, validation, or external recognition. For Cleola, success is found in becoming who you were called to be, pushing beyond your own limits, and building a life that creates access and opportunity for others. This episode is a reminder that difficulty is not always a sign to stop, sometimes it is confirmation that you are walking in purpose.
