This is a wonderful podcast.
Ps. Finally got into Boston this year. Disappointed? A little, but your podcast taught me the journey is more important than the destination.

For future marathoners too

I began listening when training for the St. Jude Memphis Marathon in 2018. Hosts Trevor and Angie talk about informational topics to help any level of runner. My favorite part however, is hearing the truly inspirational stories from my people in the running community. It really ties to the idea that anyone can run a marathon and change his or her life.
