This is true! I am improving my fitness and health by listening to Sal, Adam, and Justin. They are motivating and the knowledge I have gained is immeasurable. Some of my favorite recent episodes are How to Work Out Everyday for Maximum Results, 7 Keys to Health and Longevity, and Economy Crash 2021 with Peter Linneman.

I can’t stand to watch the news anymore but these guys keep me updated on interesting current events plus very good information on healthy fitness and nutrition with no gimmicks and as a women I actually don’t mind listening to these guys lol!
