inspiring and lighthearted! ,

Love it!

Just the right amount of inspiration, ideas, quotes, authors, happiness topics! Helps me to get out of my own head and feel inspired!

So organized!

I have been with Gretchen since her book Happier was gifted to me- when it first came out. I love the exchange between the sisters and that they reference the previous podcast if they are discussing something that has been talked about already. Also, she has a reference for her sponsors! Super helpful if you’ve listened to 3 podcasts while cleaning the house and forgot where you heard about that one cool thing for your friend’s birthday.

JKent88 ,

Life changing!

I’ve learned some of the biggest happiness hacks from this pod, as well as Gretchen’s books! Focusing on ways to have a happy life is just life changing.
