If you’re looking for practical ways to improve your life, definitely give this Podcast a try. The focus is on knowing yourself better and what works for (or against) you without preaching a one size fits all solution. Gretchen & Elizabeth are so enthusiastic and thought provoking and all their suggestions are certainly attainable. Of all the Podcasts I listen to, this one is my favorite!

After reading many of Gretchen‘s books over the years, I finally stumbled upon the podcast a few months ago. To use a word that the hosts seem fond of, it really is a delight! It’s fun and an “easy” listen while also practical and full of tips (big and small) to make real impact on my life and happiness. Plus, as an only child raising twin girls, I love the window into their sisterly rapport. Highly recommend!
