Gretchen Rubin is HAPPIER, and she wants you to be happier too. The #1 bestselling author of The Happiness Project and Better Than Before gets more personal than ever as she brings her practical, manageable advice about happiness and good habits to this lively, thought-provoking podcast. Gretchen’s cohost and guinea pig is her younger sister, Elizabeth Craft, a TV writer and producer living in Los Angeles, who (lovingly) refers to Gretchen as her happiness bully. Part of the Cadence13 Network.

Customer Reviews
Love you two!
I’m a long time listener and I just heard Liz say she isn’t going to go to the bioluminescent bay in Puerto Rico and I want to change your mind. My family did this a year and a half ago and my daughter who was 10 was able to do the kayaking very easily. There are also two other bioluminescent bays on Puerto Rico that you do not have to kayak to. It’s amazing, totally worth it and totally doable
I really enjoy this podcast
I really love to listen to this podcast. Gretchen and Elizabeth have a very nice dynamic the way they play off each other. I feel like they are my friends who are reviewing scientific information about happiness and giving me tips to improve my life. Thanks so much! Still listening to them after many years.
Long time fan
I’ve been listening to this podcast for years & This is the only podcast I’ve kept listening to consistently for so long! Gretchen and Elizabeth are consistent, thoughtful, and fairly lighthearted. I’ve really enjoyed their guests and author interview podcasts as well.
