Good for newbies too

Thank you all for not only covering the really advanced training concepts but also revisiting stuff for us newbies (like HR rate zones, base building basics, etc). At first I wasn’t sure about the podcast and if it was a fit, but after a few episodes I started feeling like a part of the group, getting the inside jokes, etc. Great stuff! Very personable, likable folks with tons of knowledge to share!

Outstanding

This podcast is very well done and well rounded - good sound, pacing, personalities, and topics. The team does their homework and is always well prepared. I most appreciate their kindness and humanity towards their athletes and each other. Thank you for putting out this excellent, smart content!

FTP dogma waste of time

Find better, not worth anyone’s time. A lot of FTP nonsense. Just a bunch of hacks.
