Really well done triathlon podcast. Very informative.

haywarmi ,

For the science driven athlete

Really incredible collection of scientists and coaches interviewed by a knowledgeable host.

Ni. Jup ,

Incredibly useful

While some of Mikael’s content goes over my head, TTS has become a staple of my weekly listening. He is able to condense extremely technical, yet valuable training information into a way that is balanced yet applicable to my daily training. Highly recommended for anyone who really wants to learn why triathletes train the way they do.
