So informative

Been listening for years and love this show!! Always wonderful advice from hormones to pregnancy and children to blood work and beyond. I always research through Katie’s website in regards to everyday life and heal matters. I trust her knowledge and resources. I recently delivered a healthy baby boy and 6 months later had blood work which revealed pre diabetes and high cholesterol and LDL. I was surprised and scared. The episode with Dr Cromwell was so much more in depth with regards to lipid particles and cholesterol lab values than my Dr. Their knowledge was so helpful for my journey to lower these values. Thank you😊

Great content and topics but hard to follow

Hello, I would love your podcast so much more if you didn’t speak so fast! It’s almost stressful trying to follow and capture every word so I end up stopping it early, which is not what I want to do, considering the helpful topics. Just my 2 cents, but a podcast on wellness should be delivered in a calmer than hectic fashion.
