A podcast for all ages! One of my favorites!
As a single 22-year-old college senior, I LOVE listening to Katie and guests. Katie does a phenomenal job covering so many subjects— kids, homeschooling, parenting, and also numerous wellness topics. Katie challenges herself and listeners to question everything we learn and to think for ourselves. She has a variety of guests who have different opinions, allowing us to consider multiple approaches at health. She encourages us to test things for ourselves and figure out what works best for our own bodies as we evolve through life. Katie inspires mature thoughts and conversations and I always look forward to learning more from her shows!
