Aaron is one of Germany’s best distance runners and is currently training with Jon Green’s group in Flagstaff as he prepares for his first marathon. Aaron just came off a result he was a bit disappointed with at “The TEN” in California. We talked through that result  a bit and also dug into some of his training as he gears up for his debut marathon in Hamburg this Spring. We chatted a good bit about coming to the US from Germany for college too. Aaron started at Cincinnati before eventually transferring to Oregon. It was fun to hear about the Oregon experience! Thomas just came off a huge PR at McKirdy Marathon last weekend, where he ran 2:09 to become the 4th fastest Canadian all-time! Even more impressive- he ran the last 35k completely solo. Thomas actually ran at University of Washington for a bit before finishing up at University of British Columbia. He now resides in Ottawa - meaning he had to train for this race almost entirely on the treadmill! We talked about his training and nutrition on this pod and also walked through his pre-race routines. Of course, we got the full recap of race weekend and also what might be next for Thomas.     #269 Corbin Harris - How to Break 15 in the 5k, Why Speed Blocks Are Important, Going All In to OTQ

Corbin is one of the best runners in the Kentucky road running scene right now, with PRs of 2:21 in the marathon, 66 minutes in the half, 31:20 in the 10k, and 14:53 in the 5k! Corbin recently ran the Marathon Project in December, rolling with the OTQ group for a lot of the race and was able to hang on for a nice 2:21 personal best! In the last couple weeks, Corbin has been racing the Triple Crown series that Scotty has been doing, taking second in the 5k and 10k. In the 5k, he broke 15 for the first time! We talked a lot about race strategy and how he plans to approach the 10 miler next weekend in hopes of a victory to finish out the race series!
